Ukraine based singer Asmik Shiroyan has announced this week that she’s joining forces with The Famous Company to help launch the next stage of her musical journey.
Having already clocked up over 7 million views on YouTube and with national recognition as both a finalist on The Voice Ukraine, and semi-finalist of the Armenian National Selection on Eurovision 2017, the 24 year old vocalist has her sights set on cracking the lucrative British and American markets. As part of a newly formed partnership with The Famous Company, Asmik will be working with a team of Grammy award winning producers on a range of original material. Past credits of the writing and production team assembled to work with on the project include Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber and Madonna, meaning that Asmik will be working with some of the best production talent in the world right now.
Once the tracks have been finished, Asmik will be preparing for her UK launch. The 3 month promotional schedule is set to start in January 2018 and will include TV, radio and press coverage plus a nationwide venue tour. Following this there are already plans in place to propel Asmik stateside with a string of promotional opportunities in the USA.
Speaking about the exciting new collaboration, Asmik said “I’m really excited to work with the team at The Famous Company. They have huge enthusiasm for creating new music and absolutely love what they do, and to collaborate with such huge American songwriters was my dream. Although I’m already known in Ukraine, Poland and Armenia I am really excited about the prospect of launching my career in the UK and eventually USA”.
